Shipping Policy

Trailer Delivery

ROVE Overland offers trailer delivery across Canada.
Shipping rates vary depending on location, delivery method, and trailer size.
We’ll work with you to find the best available rate, and discounted shipping may be available depending on your build or total order value.

Please note:

• Trailer shipping is quoted separately after your order is placed.

• All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

• Full payment for the trailer and shipping is required before dispatch.

• Shipping timelines are estimates only. Weather, logistics, and carrier issues may affect delivery dates.

Gear and Accessory Shipping

Accessories, rooftop tents, and other products are available for shipping within Canada.
Standard shipping charges will apply at checkout unless otherwise noted.

• Most orders ship within 3–7 business days.

• Some products may ship separately depending on warehouse location.

• Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.

Pickup Options

You can pick up your trailer or gear from our shop in Abbotsford, or Chilliwack BC by appointment only. We’ll contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
If your trailer or gear arrives damaged, notify the carrier immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photos and a detailed description.
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, ROVE Overland does not offer international shipping outside of Canada.
