The iKamper BDV Duo is backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty for the original purchaser when purchased through an authorized iKamper dealer.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Replacement parts will be supplied by iKamper at no charge during the warranty period, although installation is the responsibility of the owner.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- UV fading or weathering
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
- Storm, wind, or other natural events
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect product performance
